We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Absolut Care of Aurora Park in East Aurora, NY. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their maximum potential and regain independence in their daily lives.
About the Role:
Assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients with various physical disabilities and injuries
Conduct evaluations, consultations, and interventions to promote optimal physical function and well-being
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure effective treatment and care
Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient progress and treatment plans
Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and community-based programs.
Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and modify plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Treatment and Interventions: Design and implement a variety of treatment interventions, including but not limited to, exercises, modalities, and other evidence-based practices.
Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.
