Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Field Supervisor with estimating experience to oversee job sites, communicate with clients and subcontractors, assist with project proposals, and help ensure every project is completed with excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day job site activities across Florida
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
- Collect job site information needed for estimates, proposals, and scopes of work
- Assist with preparing project estimates, materials lists, and detailed scopes
- Monitor job progress, quality, timelines, and budgets
- Help solve problems quickly and professionally in the field
- Ensure projects are completed to Skyline Builders’ quality standards
- Travel frequently throughout Florida as needed
- Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and accountability

Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Experience in construction supervision, field management, or project coordination
- Estimating experience strongly preferred
- Experience with manufactured homes, modular homes, luxury residential construction, or related construction fields preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read scopes of work, gather project details, and assist with estimates
- Ability to travel throughout Florida
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- High energy, strong work ethic, and a professional attitude
