Director of Nursing
Location: Sistersville, West Virginia
Pay Rate: $63 to $66/hr
Contract: 7 weeks
Schedule: Day Shift, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: Director of Nursing or nursing leadership experience preferred
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing for a 7-week contract opportunity in Sistersville, West Virginia. This role supports nursing leadership, daily clinical operations, staff oversight, and quality care delivery in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily nursing operations and support quality resident care
Supervise nursing staff and assist with staffing, workflow, and clinical coordination
Ensure compliance with facility policies, documentation standards, and care protocols
Support resident care planning, clinical issue resolution, and communication with care teams
Promote patient safety, infection control, and a professional care environment
Requirements
Active RN license required
Director of Nursing or nursing leadership experience preferred
Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred
Must be available for day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
State/federal issued ID, photo badge, and COVID vaccination proof or approved exemption required
