We are seeking a career HVAC Designer with strong industrial design experience and deep expertise in Revit-based HVAC systems design. This is a hands-on role focused on ductwork, airflow, and mechanical system layouts—not an engineering position.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who has built their career in HVAC design (not engineering) and thrives in complex industrial environments such as manufacturing, cleanrooms, or process facilities.
?? Key Responsibilities
Design and develop HVAC systems and ductwork layouts for industrial facilities
Produce detailed Revit models and construction documents
Perform airflow and system layout design for complex environments
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate mechanical systems
Ensure designs align with U.S. Mechanical Codes (IMC) and project requirements
Execute full design packages with minimal supervision
? Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (technical/associate degree a plus)
8+ years of HVAC design experience
4+ years of Revit HVAC design (production-focused)
5+ years of industrial facility design experience (manufacturing, pharma, semiconductor, etc.)
Strong knowledge of ductwork systems and HVAC design principles
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Ability to clearly communicate design approach and past project experience
? Important Notes
This is a design-focused role (not engineering)
Candidates with Mechanical Engineering degrees (BSME) or PE licenses will not be considered
Must have recent, hands-on HVAC Revit design experience as a core responsibility

Experience with cleanrooms, advanced manufacturing, or process environments
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
