Job Description
As a CSR, you will be responsible for assisting clients, handling policy requests, and promoting insurance products while delivering excellent customer service. Based hourly and comissions
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers professionally
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, renewals, and cross-selling
- Process policy changes and customer requests
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Provide personalized solutions based on client needs
- Promote and upsell insurance products
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Work closely with team members and insurance carriers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
- Previous experience in insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Insurance license 440 or 220 a plus
- Reliable transportation
