Physical Therapist (AHMC) – 13 Week Contract
Location: California, CA 95437
Contract Dates: 05/11/2026 – 08/09/2026 (**13 weeks**)
- Pay Range: $2,382 – $2,669 weekly
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 x 8-hour shifts (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Shift Type: Day Shift (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Experience: Open to new grads; 2 years PT experience preferred
- Education Requirement: DPT required (if licensed on/after Jan 2016)
- Certification: BLS/CPR required (facility-approved vendor)
- Licensure: Active Physical Therapy license in California required
- Additional Notes: UFCW represented role; vaccination compliance required (medical/religious exemptions may apply)
Position Summary & Responsibilities
- Perform PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy interventions across inpatient/outpatient rehab populations
- Coordinate discharge planning and interdisciplinary care communication
- Document accurately in PowerChart (inpatient) and ReDoc (outpatient)
- Supervise PT assistants as assigned
