Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Licensed or Licensed-Eligible Psychologist with a strong background in teen therapy, adult therapy and psychological testing to join our collaborative team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions with children, teens, and adults, using evidence-based approaches.
- Administer psychological evaluations and testing, providing detailed assessments and recommendations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional standards.
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in psychology and assessment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision.
Qualifications
- Doctoral-level degree in psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
- Active licensure in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- Experience providing therapy to teens and adults.
- Strong experience with psychological testing and assessment, including cognitive and personality testing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to professional development and continued learning.
