What Makes This Role Different
Sustainable Caseload (Designed to Prevent Burnout)-
Full-time: ~30-40 hours/week

Compensation-
$50/hour for client sessions

$20/hour for administrative time

Typical full-time earnings: $70,000–$95,000 annually

What You’ll Do-
Provide individual, family, children, and/or couples therapy

Develop and implement treatment plans
-
Maintain timely, accurate documentation

Collaborate with clinicians and participate in consultation

Support ethical, client-centered care
What We’re Looking For-
Active Wisconsin license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)

Comfortable with a range of populations (or open to expanding)
-
Willingness to work at least one evening per week
-
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
-
Alignment with trauma-informed, collaborative care
Preferred (not required):-
Credentialed with insurance panels, Medicaid, or Medicare
Schedule & Flexibility
Flexible scheduling within:

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
You’ll have
autonomy to build a schedule that works for you and your clients.
