POSITION: Floor Manager (Reports to General Manager)
We are seeking a hands-on, energetic Floor Manager to support the day-to-day operations of one of our venues. This role is responsible for managing the floor during service, supervising staff, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience while upholding brand standards.
The Floor Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is expected to lead by example on the floor, maintain operational consistency, and support the broader management team in driving results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily floor operations including service flow, guest experience, and team performance during shifts
Support and coach front of house staff to maintain high service standards and a strong team culture
Monitor service quality and step in to resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
Assist in managing labor on the floor, ensuring proper staffing and shift coverage
Support inventory checks, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling oversight
Help train new staff and reinforce company policies and operational standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and high-energy environment that reflects the brand
Communicate effectively with the General Manager on nightly operations, incidents, and team performance
Step in to cover management duties in the GM's absence as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Shift Lead, or similar supervisory role in a high-volume bar or restaurant
Strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest service standards
Comfortable handling cash management and basic operational reporting
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Knowledge of food, beverage, and liquor service preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, late-night environment
Experience with staff scheduling and on-floor performance management a plus
Multilingual abilities are a plus
COMPENSATION
Annual salary: $65,000
