We are seeking a clinically strong, compassionate Nurse Practitioner who wants to build expertise in hormone replacement therapy, metabolic health, functional medicine, and preventive longevity care.
Prior HRT experience is valued but not required. The selected provider will receive paid training, structured clinical preceptorship, and ongoing mentorship from a board-certified internal medicine physician with advanced expertise in hormone optimization, functional medicine, and longevity-focused care.
The provider will begin with guided patient care and progressively assume responsibility for their own patient panel, with continued case consultation and escalation support.

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in case reviews, continued education, and quality-improvement meetings

The position begins with a minimum of two consistent clinical days per week during onboarding and early program growth.
The provider will work between the Morristown and Westfield offices. As patient demand increases, the position may expand to three, four, or more days per week, with the potential for full-time employment and clinical leadership responsibilities.
