A community member in Sturgeon Bay, Wi is looking for someone to help him with short shifts in the comfort of his own home. You will not be disappointed with this opportunity.
Hours Available: Monday - Friday 730am-9am, 11am - 1pm, and 3pm-5pm
Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI
Pay $17-$19 per hour
Tasks:
- · Monitor residents’ safety and well-being during hours, ensuring a secure environment.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks in accordance with dietary restrictions and care plans.
- Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lift with mobility when necessary.
Qualifications
- · Prior experience working in assisted living, group homes, nursing homes, or home & community care environments is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and use Hoyer Lift.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and residents’ families.
- Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude toward providing high-quality patient care during evening hours.
- Flexibility to work short shifts.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
