BARTENDER
MAMMOTH CLUBHOUSE
Location: Wichita, KS | Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager | Status: Part-Time (Non-Exempt)
ABOUT THE CLUBHOUSE
- The Mammoth Clubhouse is Wichita's newest obsession. We're part competitive playground, part neighborhood hangout, and entirely unlike anything Wichita has seen before. Pure Putt, Flight Deck, a self-pour beer wall, and elevated food, all under one roof and all turned up.
- No spectators. No sidelines. Everyone plays.
- We believe elite isn't exclusive, competition is community, and a great time starts with a great pour and a plate worth coming back for.
- This is not your average sports bar. This is the place Wichita didn't know it needed, and now can't stop talking about.
THE ROLE
- The Bartender is the command center of the bar at the Clubhouse.
- You craft cocktails, pour confidently, and keep the energy behind the bar at the level the room deserves. You know your menu, know your guests, and make every guest at the bar feel like an MVP.
- The Clubhouse bar is not a typical setup. You will own a full craft cocktail and spirits program alongside a self-pour beer wall that guests need guidance on. You will need to know both inside and out.
- We are not hiring bartenders who just fill glasses. We are hiring people who make the drink and the moment memorable.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Craft and serve cocktails, beer, and spirits to menu standard and guest preference. Know the full menu cold: ingredients, technique, and the story behind what makes each one worth ordering.
- Operate and support the self-pour beer wall: introduce guests to the tap card system, walk them through the selections, and ensure the wall is stocked, clean, and running properly throughout every shift.
- Build relationships from behind the bar. Read the room, read the guest, and create an experience that keeps people coming back before the tab is even closed.
- Serve alcohol responsibly and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and Clubhouse standards. Know the signs. Know the steps. Act without hesitation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked bar at all times. Complete all opening and closing duties, prep work, and inventory counts as assigned.
- Communicate with servers, food runners, and the kitchen in real time. The bar and the floor run as one team.
