Position Type: Part-Time, 24–32 hours per week
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the General Manager and various hotel departments. Responsibilities include employee administration, recruiting and onboarding, financial recordkeeping, correspondence, scheduling, and general office management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide administrative support to the General Manager and various hotel departments.

Manage and organize employee files and confidential personnel information.

Post job openings through Paycom to the company website and Indeed; review applications and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers.

Assist with new employee onboarding and E-Verify processing.

Manage email correspondence and respond to or direct inquiries from employees, guests, and other contacts.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls as needed.

Assist with calendar and meeting management for hotel management.

Organize receipts and maintain records for monthly expense reports.

Process daily restaurant deposits and maintain corresponding bank deposit and accounting records.

Perform monthly inventory and other inventory duties as assigned.

Update reservation rules and requirements through Amadeus/TravelClick.

Maintain and update catering menus, including online menu content through the OPERA system.

Take and organize detailed notes during weekly management meetings.

Assist with general office management, recordkeeping, and administrative projects as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling employee, financial, and company information.

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or some college preferred.

1–2 years of administrative, clerical, office, or hospitality experience preferred.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and spreadsheets preferred.

Ability to learn and work with company-specific software and systems.

Experience with Paycom, OPERA, Amadeus/TravelClick, or similar systems is a plus.

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods as required.
