NW Industrial Staffing is looking for a production associate for a paint manufacturing company that spearheads producing environmentally conscious coatings in the industry! This is a fast-paced production facility located in West Eugene. In this position, selected employees will be working as part of team that strives to meet production goals with accuracy and enthusiasm.
What we are seeking:
- 1+ Year of working in a production position.
- Set up coder, capper, and label machine according to batch ticket
- Can read detailed work orders and sort product accordingly.
- Perform testing on aerosol cans for quality parameters
- Work as part of a collaborative and communicative team.
- Be able to stand, stoop, bend, push and pull for an 8 to 10 hour shift.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. on a semi-consistent basis.
- Follow all safety protocols.
- Have a great work ethic, attendance, and punctuality.
- ***Forklift experience is preferred.

Shift: Days
Days: Monday – Thursday
Hours: 5AM to 3:30PM with occasional overtime.
Pay: $18/h DOE
