As a Trainer, you will create a welcoming environment, empowering team members with the tools they need to succeed. You will collaborate closely with fellow trainers, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the learning experience. Lead engaging, hands-on training sessions that help team members confidently navigate tools, processes, and workflows.
What you bring to our team
Preferred experience 2+ years in training, education, or facilitation, ideally in a process- or operations-focused environment
Bachelor's degree or professional certification in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred
The expected salary range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
