What You'll Do
- Guide buyers, sellers, and renters through the transaction from first contact to close.
- Convert leads and referrals into signed clients and closed deals.
- Conduct showings, listing appointments, and buyer consultations.
- Build and nurture relationships in your local market to generate repeat and referral business.
- Stay on top of local inventory, pricing, and market trends across Eastern Massachusetts.
- Use our team's tools and systems to manage your pipeline and deliver a great client experience.
What We're Looking For
- Active Massachusetts real estate license — or willingness to obtain one (we'll point you in the right direction).
- Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow — new agents are welcome.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work throughout Eastern Massachusetts.
Compensation
This is a commission-based (1099) role with uncapped earning potential. Splits and support structure are discussed during the interview based on your experience and goals.
