Job Summary
JMW Welding & Manufacturing, Inc. is searching for full-time experienced Welder/Fabricators. We have multiple positions to fill, including shop and field work. We offer custom fabrication and repair in-shop, as well as providing services and installation at customer sites.
Looking for candidates open to occasional out of town work. We have out of state projects 1-2 times a year. Being familiar with heavy equipment is a plus.
Experience and Qualifications
- Fabricate/Weld/Build according to customer or employer requirements while working with blueprint drawings, sketches or verbal instructions.
- Read and interpret detailed drawings, schematics, and technical instructions to ensure precise fabrication and assembly.
- Operate heavy shop equipment such as brake presses, shears and industrial saws safely and responsibly.
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely in industrial settings.
- Be willing to work in the shop and in the field, as needed.
- Ability to work independently with motivation to learn new skills.
Requirements
Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and have a valid drivers license.
Shop employees are required to own a basic set of tools that will be used for working on projects daily.
Work hours M-F 7a-4p. Pay will be based on experience and skill level. Benefits as follows:
