Concierge Team Member — KW New Orleans

With KW New Orleans' Concierge Team, you'll gain hands-on exposure to real estate processes, network with our top & rising agents, and build office management skills that translate anywhere. And when you're ready to get licensed, Keller Williams offers real estate school, making this role a genuine bridge to starting your own real estate business. Being licensed isn't required.
Candidates should be:
- Organized and able to function in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing & able to greet people with a smile — dressed appropriately and presentable to serve as the face of the KW New Orleans office
- Excellent communicators, comfortable speaking with customers, agents, and vendors over phone and email
- Able to exude luxury-level hospitality and welcome every guest warmly
- Detail-oriented, especially when preparing and maintaining the office
- Basic computer skills (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Instagram/Facebook). No experience with design or marketing tools needed — we'll train you on Canva, GoHighLevel, Claude, Adobe and more!

Pay: $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week

- Education: High school or equivalent
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience (Required)
