Newcomer Funeral Service Group is seeking a Family Service Associate to support families through advance planning and at need cemetery arrangements at Mount Hope Cemetery and Memorial Park Cemetery in Topeka. Team members may work at either location based on business needs, offering variety and flexibility in day to day work.
Mount Hope Cemetery is a 120 acre property featuring burial gardens, a community mausoleum, cremation and columbarium options, and a central chapel used for services and community events. Memorial Park Cemetery offers a peaceful, welcoming setting where families feel supported and cared for.
This is a meaningful, relationship based sales role focused on helping families find peace of mind. Associates build relationships with families, generate sales using company provided tools and self sourced leads, participate in community events, and ensure all arrangements are completed accurately and with care.
