What we're looking for:
- Skilled in fades, tapers, beard work, and classic cuts
- Professional, punctual, and great with clients
- Team player who keeps their station clean
- Active Colorado barber license required
Responsibilities
- Perform precise barbering techniques including straight razor shaves and classic cuts while maintaining strict sanitation standards.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs, provide expert recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage client appointments efficiently.
- Mentor and train junior stylists and team members on technical skills, customer service excellence, retail sales strategies, and sanitation protocols.
- Upsell retail products related to hair care, color theory, and beauty treatments to enhance client results.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to all health and safety regulations while promoting a positive team environment.
Pay: $31.20 - $37.57 per hour
