Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing
- Use specialized equipment for floor care and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all tools are properly maintained and stored
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent contamination and promote a safe environment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any cleaning-related requests or concerns promptly
Skills
- Proven experience in custodial work, janitorial services, or housekeeping management
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, carpet cleaners, and floor polishers
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality control
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently
- Experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
- Basic cooking skills are a plus for maintaining kitchen areas when needed
