B&J Transport LLC is currently seeking a professional, experienced, and safety-oriented CDL Class A Driver to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and secure transportation of goods while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and are committed to representing the company with professionalism at all times.
We are looking for a driver to work regional/over the road, working from Monday to friday; where you are home on the weekends.
As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for operating commercial vehicles safely and efficiently across assigned routes while adhering to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, company safety standards, and traffic laws. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, monitoring vehicle performance, securing cargo properly, and ensuring all deliveries and pickups are completed accurately and on schedule. Drivers are expected to maintain accurate electronic or written logs, delivery paperwork, inspection reports, and any other required documentation in accordance with company and federal requirements.
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and time-management skills, as this role requires regular interaction with dispatch personnel, warehouse staff, customers, and management teams. Drivers should be able to adapt to changing schedules, traffic conditions, and delivery demands while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. In addition to safe driving practices, this position requires a commitment to maintaining clean equipment, reporting maintenance concerns promptly, and contributing to an overall culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
