Loopers Par & Grille, located on the Palm Harbor Golf Course in Palm Coast, is currently hiring two full-time servers to join our team immediately.
We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals who excel in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of serving experience required
- ServSafe Certification required
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays
- Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
- Experience working in high-volume environments
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to guests throughout their dining experience
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings
- Ensure compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service practices
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to provide efficient service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
- Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
