Bäckeli is an exciting new bakery startup bringing authentic German breads, rolls, pastries and morning traditions to South Florida. We are building more than a bakery—we are building a brand and a community.
We are looking for a dependable, organized and detail-oriented Production Associate to help bring our products to life each day.
What You'll Do:
- Final bake breads, rolls and pastries
- Prepare and package customer orders
- Maintain exceptional quality standards
- Manage inventory and organization
- Prepare products for wholesale and delivery
- Help create an amazing experience for our customers
Who You Are:
- 18 or older to comply with state employment and safety standards
- Be able to provide proof of US work authorization
- Reliable and punctual
- Organized and clean
- Positive attitude
- Enjoy working independently
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Bakery experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right person
Hours:
Monday–Saturday 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation:
