Charred Burger + Bar is a fun and fast paced full-service burger focused restaurant. We are looking to fill the General Manager position. The General Manager must be a strong leader who sets the standard and example for the rest of the staff to follow.
This is a salaried position with performance bonuses and benefits. Salary is negotiable and is based on the skills and abilities of the applicant. Salary is based on a 40-45 hour work week. On top of the base salary are performance bonuses for labor and cost of goods sold. This position also has health, dental, and vision insurance available and paid time off.

The GM oversees the entire restaurant. There is a Kitchen Manager that is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. The GM is ultimately responsible for holding the Kitchen Manager and all other employees accountable.
Responsibilities of the GM are but not limited to:
- Maintaining and enforcing all company standards through out the restaurant
- FOH staffing and training
- Running meal services to company standards
- Maintaining the restaurant to the company standard
- Office responsibilities: mail, email, paperwork, filing, scheduling, ordering, etc.
- Making sure the restaurant is meeting and exceeding the set performance goals.
