We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team building roof and floor trusses in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We provide f hands-on training.
- Location: Shelby, NC
- Pay: $18.00 per hour including Attendance Bonus!
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | Saturday, 6:00 AM–11:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Build roof and floor trusses to company specifications
- Assisting the table lead with getting plates for the next truss
- On top of the table helping place lumber in the right location according to truss layout
- Laying plate in place and tacking it down according to truss layout
- Use hand and pneumatic tools ; use tape measure and hammer
- Follow safety procedures and production instructions
- Maintain quality standards and productivity
- Work effectively with supervisors and team members
Requirements:

- Ability to follow directions and work safely
- Team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
