Job Overview
We are looking for professional CDL Class A drivers to safely transport freight across the United States. Drivers will operate late-model tractor-trailers with Reefer or Flatbed trailers while maintaining compliance with all FMCSA and DOT regulations. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering freight on time.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer (Reefer or Flatbed).
- Transport freight safely and efficiently while following all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections before and after each trip.
- Maintain accurate ELD logs, DVIRs, fuel receipts, and trip paperwork.
- Ensure all cargo is properly secured and protected during transit.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and receivers.
- Report maintenance or equipment issues promptly.
- Deliver freight on time while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Preferred Skills
- Experience operating Reefer and/or Flatbed equipment.
- Knowledge of FMCSA Hours of Service regulations.
- Experience using electronic logging devices (ELDs).
- Ability to properly secure Flatbed freight using straps, chains, binders, and tarps (Flatbed drivers).
- Knowledge of temperature-controlled freight procedures (Reefer drivers).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to plan routes efficiently and work independently.

Compensation
- Weekly Pay: $1,850 – $3,000+

Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A License
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL Class A driving experience preferred
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Clean MVR and safe driving record
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background check
- Reefer and/or Flatbed experience preferred
- Flatbed drivers must be able to secure loads and tarp when required
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability
