Job Expectations
- Embrace and promote the Ivy Day Spa philosophy
- Adhere to time length/treatment protocols when giving treatments
- Comprehensive knowledge Swedish, Deep Tissue, Maternity, Hot Stone, etc.
- Maintain a clean environment for guests and follow all procedures regarding sterilization of equipment/rooms
- Educate guests on products/services and upgrades
- Provide a consistently high level of service delivery to guests
- Demonstrate selling skills to achieve retail sales goals
Job Requirements
- Hands on experience (2 years minimum)
- Must hold and maintain current license or certificates per local state requirements
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new skills and attend training
