Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Lowell Community Health Center in Lowell, Massachusetts.
POSITION OVERVIEW
-
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for pediatric and adult patients.
-
Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and wellness services across the lifespan.

Practice with 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours of protected administrative time each week.

Maintain a sustainable patient volume averaging 2–3 patients per hour.

Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health, nursing, pharmacy, and care management teams.

Utilize established clinical workflows and electronic medical records to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

Annual salary of $294,694.

Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure.

DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to employment.

Experience providing outpatient primary care for pediatric and adult patients.

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
-
