Salary: $180,000–$200,000 annually depending on experience
The Gardens at West Shore is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. About the Role
As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the facility. This includes ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a culture of quality care, accountability, and professional growth. You will provide strategic leadership across clinical, operational, and financial functions to ensure the facility's ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all operational and business functions of the facility
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, quality systems, and company policies
- Manage preparation for annual state surveys and maintain continuous survey readiness
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and fiscal accountability
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical leadership, and department heads to implement effective healthcare programs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Establish, implement, and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership and management team
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing
- Proven experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) required
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a long-term care or hospital setting
- Strong working knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills
