Foundation Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and highly organized Pediatric Nurse to join our growing pediatric practice. Our practice focuses on parental choice and allowing families to play an integral role in directing the health of their families. This unique role combines direct patient care with front office responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with families while helping create an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
● Assist providers with pediatric well visits and examinations
● Provide patient and parent education
● Maintain exam room cleanliness and supplies
● Document patient information accurately within the EMR
Front Office & Patient Coordination
● Greet patients and families with a warm, professional demeanor
● Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
● Verify insurance information and collect patient paperwork
● Answer phones, return messages, and respond to patient inquiries
● Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
● Coordinate referrals, records requests, and follow-up appointments
Qualifications
● Active Pennsylvania RN or LPN license
● Pediatric experience preferred but not required
● Strong communication and customer service skills
● Comfortable working in both clinical and administrative roles
● Proficient with computers and electronic health records
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
● Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Schedule
Part-time daylight only position, no weekends. Starting hours are (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 730am-430pm)
