Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Transplant
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 13weeks
Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Pay Package:
· Gross Weekly Pay: Up to $2,400
· Taxable Pay: $920/week
· Non-Taxable Pay: $1,491/week
Responsibilities:
· Independently scrub liver transplant procedures.
· Assist surgeons during liver transplant and other complex surgical cases while maintaining sterile technique.
· Prepare and manage surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
· Support a variety of surgical specialties and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of CST experience.
· Recent liver transplant experience within the last 2 years (Hard Stop).
· Must be able to independently scrub liver recipient transplants.
· Current BLS certification.
· Current NBSTSA certification.
· Teaching hospital experience required.
· Cerner EMR experience preferred.
· Experience with: Large open belly cases, General Surgery, Urology, Thoracic Surgery, Gynecology, Plastics, Whipple procedures, Liver resections, Free flap procedures, Aseptic technique
· Candidates must provide:
o The facility where they most recently scrubbed a liver transplant.
o The date of their most recent liver transplant case.
o 2–3 days of interview availability at the time of submission.
Call Requirements:
· 40–60 hours of call every 6-week schedule.
· Holiday call/coverage required.

Note: Indiana residents are not eligible to sign new contracts for this specialty at this hospital, only travelers
