Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in both English and the second language to understand their needs and recommend suitable cell phone plans, devices, and accessories
- Conduct outbound warm calling campaigns to follow up with potential clients and nurture ongoing relationships
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, update records, and manage sales pipelines effectively
- Demonstrate product features and technical specifications clearly to ensure customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Negotiate pricing, plans, and terms with customers to close sales confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Collaborate with team members on business development strategies and marketing initiatives to increase store traffic and sales opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology trends, new device releases, and industry best practices in B2B (business-to-business) sales and telemarketing
Skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language, with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing sales effectively
- Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales environments within the technology or telecommunications industry
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts related to mobile devices, plans, and accessories
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with clear communication abilities
- Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns (warm calling) confidently while maintaining professionalism
- Business development mindset with a proactive approach to marketing outreach and relationship building
