Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs
- Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, and functional behavior assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure high-quality care
- Support ethical, compassionate, evidence-based ABA services
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Active North Carolina LBA licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and providing parent training
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
