Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift management and high-quality service
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including balancing registers.
- Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and developing team members to foster a skilled and motivated workforce
Requirements
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, staff training, and leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with POS systems ; proficient in basic math for cash handling and inventory calculations
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, and food safety standards
- Excellent communication skills suitable for managerial roles; ability to manage hospitality teams effectively
- Experience in managing kitchen operations, catering or banquet services is a plus
