Responsibilities
- Lead daily bakery operations.
- Train, and coach team members.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Monitor store performance.
- Lead by example and support the team during busy shifts
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant, bakery, or retail management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and daily operations.
- Experience with inventory, and team development.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
