In business since 1982, Jagtrux Inc is currently hiring full time CDL A drivers. We are a family owned and operated business located in South Central Pennsylvania.
We provide van and curtain-side service with a fleet of late-model day cabs and sleeper tractors. Most loads are drop-and-hook, and our automatic trucks feature advanced technology to support drivers and meet customer needs efficiently.
We are seeking a dependable and dedicated CDL-A Local Drivers to join our team. This position operates within a 200-mile radius of Marietta, PA, offering consistent local routes and reliable year-round work. Drivers average $0.65 per mile based on percentage pay. Responsibilities
- Operate various types of vehicles including trucks, tractor-trailers for local deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedule.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Experience
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is required.
- Commercial driving experience is highly desirable, particularly with route driving.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL class A) is required.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
- Must pass DOT physical and drug test.
