We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant management, with a focus on quick service and catering services. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a passion for culinary excellence, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hospitality.
Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food preparation.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, staff, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Coordinate catering orders, ensuring seamless execution from planning through service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase restaurant profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant premises in accordance with health regulations.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and address any concerns promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising staff within a quick service environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Expertise in kitchen management practices, including culinary techniques and food safety standards.

Our store managers will also work the line everyday and our one of the hardest working people during the shift. We are looking for someone that is capable of working hard and fast and helping us grow the store.
