The Job
You will work hands-on in our production area - operating bending equipment, assembling components, sanding, cutting, and heat-treating metal parts. You'll work from production schedules and cut lists, follow established processes, and flag quality issues when you see them.
No manufacturing experience required. We will train you on our equipment and processes.
What we need is someone reliable, safe, and willing to learn.

What You'll Do
Bending & Forming
- Operate bending equipment to form tool handles and hook ends to spec
- Run multiple bender setups depending on daily production schedule
- Perform multi-step bends on hooks and specialty components
Assembly
- Assemble rods and handles for welding prep
- Clean and assemble parts for packaging
- Prepare parts for additional processing
Cutting & Sawing
- Cut metal components to length on rolling saw and production
- Work from cut lists to prepare parts for bending and assembly runs
Finishing & Surface Work
- Sand ends and surfaces to quality standard (duckbill, chisel, and general sanding)
- Lacquer finished components
- Drill, ream, and deburr parts as required
- Punch grips and cope handles
General
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Flag defects or quality issues immediately - don't pass a bad part
- Support other production tasks as needed - everyone pitches in – team player

What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Able to stand and perform physical, repetitive tasks for a full 8-hour shift
- Comfortable handling metal parts and operating light machinery
- Detail-oriented – speak up if you see problems
- Can follow written process sheets and verbal instructions
- Works well on a small team and helps where needed
- 18+ years of age
Nice to have (we will train the right person):
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or a trade shop
- Experience with bending, pressing, cutting, or similar equipment
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure

Physical Requirements
- Standing for full shift (8 hours)
- Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Repetitive hand and arm motion (bending, sanding, assembling)
- Shop environment: noise, metal dust, equipment
- Required PPE: safety glasses, ear protection, gloves (Provided)
- Closed toe shoes (Not Provided)
