Consistent weekday schedule that works around school
As a Group Leader Aide, you'll support our program team by:
Assisting with games, activities, and crafts
Helping younger students stay engaged and included
Encouraging positive behavior and teamwork
Supporting homework and learning activities
Being a positive role model for elementary-aged children
Helping create a safe and welcoming environment
We're looking for motivated students who:
Are currently a high school junior or senior
Enjoy working with children
Are dependable, responsible, and positive
Can work weekday afternoons
Want to develop leadership skills and gain real-world experience
