We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, picking and packing products, and ensuring accurate and timely shipments. This position is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse operations and delivering excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and documentation
- Inspect products for quality and report any damages or discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory and stock levels
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or handheld scanners
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing incoming shipments
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer or scanner experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $22.40 - $26.90 per hour
