Afterhours Healthcare Provider Support Specialist
Location: NW OKC
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Schedule will include evenings, nights, and weekends
We are seeking a reliable and professional individual to support our afterhours healthcare provider line. This role will primarily cover weekend shifts, with the potential for additional hours as needs grow.
Shifts Available:
Weekend Sat and Sun 5a-5p
Weekend Sat and Sun 5p-5a and Mon 4p-4a
Mon-Wed 4p-8p and Thurs 9p-8a
Position Overview:
The Afterhours Support Specialist will handle inbound calls from healthcare clients and providers, ensuring timely and accurate message-taking and communication. This role plays a key part in supporting ongoing healthcare operations outside of standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and manage inbound calls from healthcare clients and providers

Accurately document and relay messages to appropriate parties

Provide professional, courteous communication at all times

Support urgent and time-sensitive requests as needed

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Comfortable working evenings, nights, and weekend shifts
