We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and managing teams, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Team Leader will be responsible for setting goals, delegating tasks, providing feedback, and ensuring that the team meets its objectives. Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees.
- Develop team goals and objectives.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that team members are following established policies and procedures.
- Resolve conflicts between team members in a timely manner.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
