About the role
This role is based within the Southeast territory. Candidates must live in, or be willing to relocate to, the Southeast region of the U.S.
Most companies hire project managers to execute existing processes. We're hiring someone to build them.
PowerChampions is building the next generation of critical power infrastructure by combining exceptional local operating companies with scalable systems, technology, and servant leadership. As our Manager, Project Delivery, you will personally manage customer projects while designing the standards, workflows, and playbooks that future Project Delivery Leaders across our platform will follow. We believe the best leaders first master the systems they are ultimately responsible for building. Your first responsibility is to become exceptional at project delivery. Your second is to build the operating system that allows others to become exceptional too.
What you'll do

Personally manage generator, electrical, equipment, and critical infrastructure projects from sales handoff through final closeout.

Lead internal and customer kickoff meetings; establish scope, schedule, responsibilities, milestones, and communication cadence.

Own project schedules, budgets, procurement, submittals, permits, risks, change orders, documentation, billing readiness, and closeout.

Coordinate customers, internal operations teams, field personnel, manufacturers, vendors, engineers, and subcontractors.

Maintain proactive customer communication, resolve issues quickly, and protect the customer experience throughout execution.

Build scalable workflows, templates, SOPs, and reporting inside ServiceTitan, HubSpot, and Microsoft 365.

Track project performance, margin, milestone completion, risks, and lessons learned; provide concise reporting to executive leadership.

Support acquisition integration and new-market launches by implementing consistent project delivery standards.

Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor future Project Managers as the organization grows
What Success Looks Like

Successfully deliver multiple customer projects from proposal through completion.

Develop and implement the PowerChampions Project Delivery Playbook.

Standardize project kickoff, customer communication, documentation, change management, and closeout.

Create executive dashboards and KPIs that improve visibility, accountability, and decision-making.

Reduce friction between Sales, Operations, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Prepare the function to recruit, onboard, and train additional Project Managers.
Minimum Qualifications

5+ years leading complex construction, electrical, industrial, generator, or critical infrastructure projects.

Experienced managing multiple concurrent projects with accountability for schedule, budget, scope, communication, and closeout.

A disciplined builder who can create scalable systems while remaining hands-on in daily project execution.

An exceptional communicator who brings order to complexity and builds trust across customers and internal teams.

Comfortable using platforms such as ServiceTitan, HubSpot, Procore, Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar systems.

Located in, or willing to relocate to, the Southeast and able to travel regularly to operating companies and project sites.
