Job Title: Landscape / Hardscape Crew Member
Location: Norfolk, NE
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00/hour plus year end bonus (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)

We are a growing local landscape and hardscape company based right here in Norfolk, NE. We take pride in building and maintaining beautiful outdoor living spaces for our community. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Crew Member to join our team!
Job Overview:
As a Crew Member, you will perform physical, hands-on tasks to assist in building hardscapes (patios, retaining walls, walkways) and installing/maintaining landscapes. You will safely operate hand tools, power equipment, and company trucks/trailers.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License: Required to drive company vehicles.
- Clean Driving Record: Must be insurable to drive our equipment.
- Reliable Transportation: Must be able to get to our Norfolk shop on time daily.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying Nebraska weather conditions.
- Experience: 2+ years experience installing pavers, retaining walls and firepits
