EXPERIENCED WINDOW INSTALLER WITH CREW
We are seeking reliable installer with established crew/s with a proven track record of quality residential window replacement work. We have consistent project opportunities available for professionals who show up, communicate well, and perform at a high level.
Responsibilities
- Install replacement windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications
- Complete projects with a high standard of quality and attention to detail
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Protect customer homes and property throughout the installation process
- Resolve installation challenges professionally and efficiently
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of residential
- Proven history of quality installations
- Your must own your own truck, trailer, tools, and equipment required to perform installations
- Must have your general liability insurance and other insurance needed.
- Ability to pass background screening
- Strong communication and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing installation crew
- Workers’ compensation coverage (if applicable)
- General liability insurance
- Experience with ProVia, Andersen, Pella, Marvin, or similar products
Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor Position
- Competitive per-window or per-project compensation
