Shared Client Service Representative
Veterinary Support Team | In-Office

This role is ideal for experienced veterinary professionals who want to use their knowledge and client skills in a fast-paced, computer-based office environment while still making a direct impact on patient care.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound client calls and schedule appointments
- Coordinate daily scheduling needs with each clinic’s in-house CSR teams
- Make outbound calls for overdue wellness exams, vaccines, and follow-ups
- Educate clients and guide them toward timely care
- Document accurately and support new workflows as the program grows
What We’re Looking For
- Veterinary technician/assistant or hospital experience required
- Comfortable on computers and quick to learn new systems
- Clear, confident, and compassionate communicator
- Organized and able to multitask
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable with goals, accountability, and performance metrics
- Flexible and adaptable in a growing program
