We are looking for honest and conscientious individuals to provide Pre Arrival and Post Rental Inspections, as well as cleaning task, on residential vacation properties in the Lake Harmony and Albrightsville area.
No experience necessary.
Ability to work independently and remain motivated are a must. Must be well-organized and have great attention to detail. Keeping a positive attitude and reasonable physical stamina are both necessary to perform well in this role.
Must be able to lift 50lbs and be able to walk up and down stairs with ease.
Responsibilities:
- Perform/follow a very specific process for pre-arrival and post-rental property inspections.
- Perform basic property maintenance. (basic troubleshooting, replace light bulbs, batteries, inspect bedding, organize kitchens, check TV's, etc.)
- Identify and report the need for repairs using our property maintenance & Inspection App.
- Run supplies and complete necessary task before guest arrival.
- Perform cleaning/seasonal tasks as needed before guest arrival.
Requirements:
- Primary work days are Sundays (required), Mondays, and must have open availability throughout the rest of the week so that we can schedule accordingly based on company needs.
- Work a rotating holiday schedule

- Have your own reliable vehicle for work (Company will provide mileage reimbursement)
