What You'll Do
As a school van driver, you're more than just a driver — you're a trusted adult, a friendly face, and a daily source of stability for students. Your job is to:
- Get students to and from school safely and on time
- Drive your route confidently in all kinds of weather and traffic
- Create a respectful, safe environment on the bus
- Build great connections with students, parents, and school staff
- Help students who need a little extra assistance getting on or off the bus
- Keep your vehicle clean, fueled, and ready to roll
- Handle daily safety checks and basic maintenance
- Follow all transportation laws, school policies, and route directions
What You Bring:
- A valid Driver's License and the willingness to learn!
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening
- A calm, friendly attitude
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- A desire to be a positive influence in your community
