Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Rollback Operator to join our transportation and logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating rollback tow trucks to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles and equipment across various locations. Responsibilities
- Operate rollback tow trucks with precision to load, unload, and transport vehicles, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each tow to identify mechanical issues or damages on your Rollback.
- Load and secure vehicles onto flatbeds or tow trucks using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or winches.
- Manage customer interactions professionally, providing excellent service while explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate logs of all loads, unloads, and vehicle movements for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with dispatchers and other team members to prioritize jobs and manage schedules efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving flatbed trucks or tow trucks preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts, flatbeds, tow trucks, and other related equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with conflict management abilities to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Knowledge of load securing techniques and safety regulations related to vehicle recovery operations.

Pay: $41,600.00 per year
